We're recruiting Clinical Assessors in Cambridge to use their professional knowledge in a different way, conducting telephone and face-to-face assessments on behalf of the DWP.
You'll explore how health conditions and disabilities affect an individual's daily life and functional ability, review medical evidence and produce clear, objective reports using your clinical judgement.
No previous assessor experience required — you'll receive fully paid training.

£42,000–£43,000 salary + bonus opportunities
Full-time & part-time positions available
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Produce accurate, objective and evidence-based reportsThis is an assessment and report-writing role — not hands-on clinical care.

Active NMC or HCPC registration
At least 1 year of post-registration adult clinical experience
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Good IT skills
Confidence working independently
The ability to analyse complex clinical informationFull UK right to work required. Sponsorship is not available.
